FA Charter Standard
The FA Charter Standard Scheme is best practice guide that sets standards of coaching, administration and child protection for all football outside the Football League and Premier League.
As a benchmark for quality, it will improve the playing experience for all.
The FA Charter Standard was launched in February 2001 and is a core component of The FA Football Development programme.
OCSA was the first organisation in Oxfordshire to be awarded FA Charter Standard accreditation for Holiday Courses.
The criteria includes:
- Qualifications: minimum 1st 4 Sport Level 1
Coaching Football
- Member of FA Coaches Association
- Up to date Emergency Aid Certificate
- Attended 3hr FA Child Protection and Best
Practice Workshop
- Hold current CRB check accreditation
