By completing the form you authorise the coaching staff to administer or approve any medical treatment deemed necessary. OSCA operates a zero tolerance policy on racism and bullying. Any instances of this behaviour could lead to expulsion from the course and no refund would be offered.
I agree that the OSCA reserves the right to remove any disruptive children from the course and neither the OSCA, or the host venue, accepts responsibility for loss or damage, whether to person or property, in connection with this course.
